Outreach's H1 numbers reframe agentic sales for small B2B teams

12x AI credit growth, 480% AI ARR, and a SolarWinds win-back agent that reopened $200K in pipeline point at what tiny sales orgs can now automate.

Outreach’s H1 2026 momentum report, released at Dreamforce and synthesized in a CEOWORLD editorial today, logs 12x growth in AI credit consumption and 480% year-over-year AI ARR growth in the company’s fiscal Q2. The headline isn’t the multiple. It’s what the multiple means.

Revenue teams have crossed from AI-as-insight to AI-as-execution. Kaia, the conversation intelligence and meeting assistant, saw 40% engagement growth; Resi alone logged more than 1.4 million Kaia recordings and posted a 35% mid-market AE win rate. At Outreach’s Unleash keynote, CEO Abhijit Mitra cited up to 10 hours per rep per month reclaimed, with meeting prep cut by 50% and 23 to 26 minutes saved per meeting.

The SolarWinds proof point is the one that translates downward. A win-back agent, targeting closed-lost accounts, produced a 45% reply rate, reactivated more than 100 accounts, and reopened $200,000 in pipeline. For a five-to-thirty-person B2B sales team, that’s precisely the work no human is doing today: the dormant list nobody has time to touch.

“Agents should act. They should not just advise or give you insights,” said Nithya Lakshmanan, Outreach’s chief product officer, during her product keynote at Unleash 2026.

That framing is doing real strategic work. It closes an eighteen-month cycle that began with copilots and dashboards and ended, quietly, with agents that send.

Mitra’s read is more careful. “We’re seeing increased AI Adoption across our platform, which signals companies are past exploration and experiencing real productivity gains with the powerful combination of humans at the lead and AI agents taking action.”

The infrastructure story sits underneath. Omni and Agent Studio landed in the Spring 2026 release; the MCP Server and June’s MCP Client wire Outreach into Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Agentforce, ChatGPT, and Codex. The context here’s Clay’s $7.1B valuation and HubSpot’s proactive-agent CRM turn. Knowing which accounts to chase stopped being the bottleneck. Chasing them did.
