Beasley puts Futuri AI agents in front of every seller in 49 markets

The AI does the prospecting, research and proposal drafting; the rep still owns the pitch — and the local advertiser is now on the receiving end.

Beasley Media Group has put Futuri’s TopLine Enterprise AI platform in front of every ad seller across all 49 of its radio and digital markets under a multiyear agreement announced September 14 from Naples, Fla. The agents do the prospecting, pull the account research, draft the B2B outreach, identify co-op funds, generate spec spots, and produce the campaign reports. The rep still owns the call.

That’s a rebuild, not a rollout. “We didn’t buy a tool, we rebuilt the sales process around one. The AI does the preparation; our people own the relationship and the recommendation,” said Kevin LeGrett, Beasley’s chief business officer, who personally led in-market training across the summer. CEO Caroline Beasley framed the logic in customer terms: “Technology is most valuable when it helps our employees deliver greater value to our customers.” Futuri CEO Daniel Anstandig, whose Austin-based firm has served over 7,000 companies across 22 countries since 2009, described it plainly: “Beasley put every seller in every market on one system that runs from the first prospect to proof of results.”

Execution risk is real. A SalesFuel study cited by Radio Ink found only 37% of sales managers fully grasp AI’s value, and Beasley, publicly traded and under recent financial strain, is betting on an eight-year Futuri relationship to close that gap.

For the local business owner sitting across from one of those reps, the conversation has changed. The seller shows up with competitive intelligence, buying-signal analysis, and a drafted plan. The owner shows up with instinct.

That asymmetry is the story. It’s also visible in Meta’s Business AI closing sales inside WhatsApp for a million SMBs and in Google’s AI Max migration rewriting search ad targeting. Services like LemonLime apply the same proactive pattern, study the company, prepare finished outreach and content, keep the owner in approval control, to the buyer’s side of the table.

TopLine Enterprise launched in June 2026. Nine months later, the sellers coming for a local ad budget are AI-prepared. The buyers, mostly, aren’t.
