ZoomInfo folds DoubleO.ai into GTM Studio as 'Agent Teams'
A multi-agent orchestration layer, available now at no extra SKU, raises the floor on what counts as 'enough AI' for a small B2B sales team.
ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM) acquired DoubleO.ai on September 30, 2026 and shipped the technology one day later as Agent Teams inside GTM Studio, with no new SKU or contract required for existing subscribers. The pitch is multi-agent orchestration grounded in ZoomInfo’s graph of more than 100 million companies, 500 million contacts, and billions of signals.
DoubleO.ai was founded in 2024 by Derek Osgood and Karthik Suresh, the pair behind Ignition, the GTM operations platform later acquired by Klue. Their reliability argument is the whole acquisition thesis. “Most companies building agents are stuck with demos. The agents don’t run the same way twice, so a person has to babysit every step, and you get maybe a 20% improvement. We built DoubleO.ai to run complex workflows reliably, every time, which is where you see 10x gains,” Osgood said. ZoomInfo CPO Dominik Facher framed the technical gap more plainly: “most AI agents exchange outputs, not understanding, so the reasoning behind each step gets lost at every handoff.”
Two plays ship at launch. Champion tracking follows buyers across job changes. Closed-won to pipeline mines each new customer to surface roughly 10 non-customer competitors to work next. Agent Teams carries SOC 2 controls, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications, and connects through GTM.AI into Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Alysio, Claude, and ChatGPT.
Henry Schuck, ZoomInfo’s founder and CEO, used the launch to position against rigid automation: “Revenue doesn’t follow a flowchart. Champions change jobs, deals stall, and buyers come back months later. Rigid workflow automation breaks the moment that happens.” Caroline Burnett, a sales operations leader at Silverfort, said the product “has given me the ability to scale RevOps and accelerate our GTM both in quality and outcomes.” No numerical result accompanies the quote, and Superpower Daily noted the launch gives no reliability benchmark and doesn’t say whether a human must approve outreach before it sends.
The competitive floor is what moves. Alongside AISDR’s Ami self-serve GTM agent, G2’s Verified Leads launch, and HubSpot’s agentic customer agent at Unbound 2026, the baseline a small B2B team is expected to run is now agentic prospecting with named plays. A done-for-you service like LemonLime targets the same outcome, proactive prospect identification and prepared, approval-gated outreach, without the ZoomInfo contract or CRM scaffolding, onboarding on business name, website, and priorities in under two minutes.
Agent Teams is live. The reliability numbers aren’t.
