Apollo, Gong, and ZoomInfo all shipped sales agents in 48 hours. Here's what small B2B teams actually get.

Three GTM platforms launched agentic systems between Sept. 30 and Oct. 1. Two are available on existing subscriptions.

Within 48 hours spanning Sept. 30 and Oct. 1, Apollo, Gong, and ZoomInfo each shipped agentic GTM systems that collapse prospecting, enrichment, and outreach into automated workflows. The simultaneity isn’t coincidence; it’s the sales-stack industry agreeing, in public, that the SDR-plus-RevOps-plus-three-tools architecture is finished.

Apollo led from ApolloNEXT in San Francisco, unveiling Builder Studio, the Intelligence Layer (which houses the GTM Harness agent and skills engine), and Messaging OS. The Intelligence Layer is available now; the other two are coming soon. “You no longer need a RevOps army and millions of dollars to build a successful engine,” said Apollo CEO Matt Curl in his keynote, per SiliconAngle. Apollo says it already serves more than 5 million users across 600,000 companies, which is the real story: the agentic layer isn’t a new tier, it’s an upgrade inside accounts small teams already pay for.

ZoomInfo followed on Oct. 1 with Agent Teams, built on orchestration architecture from DoubleO.ai, which it acquired the day prior. It’s live inside GTM Studio with no new SKU or contract, extending the closed-won-to-pipeline automation ZoomInfo had been building toward.

Gong’s Mission Callisto, also Sept. 30, is the subtler play. Enrich and Deep Mode (which adds strategic research to Gong Assistant) are GA; Agent Builder’s event-driven triggers roll out through the year. Notably, Gong Enrich pulls third-party contact data from partners including Apollo and ZoomInfo. Competition at the agent layer, cooperation at the data layer.

For a small B2B team already paying Apollo or ZoomInfo, the practical read is this: the agentic outbound stack is now sitting inside the existing subscription, waiting to be turned on. That’s a different buying question than the one HubSpot’s Unbound reframing pushed teams toward last month, away from the classic inbound playbook. The GTM vendors have decided the agent is the product. Pricing hasn’t caught up yet.
